About the estate
The Friedrich Josef Treis estate looks back on a four-hundred-year tradition at the Boos von Waldeckhof in Zell on the Moselle and is managed today in the twelfth generation. The steep southern slopes with their rugged slate soils provide ideal climatic conditions for viticulture. With extensive experience, precise manual labor, and a willingness to change, the winery produces wines that reflect the facets of their place of origin. The operation combines historical roots with modern standards.
