About the estate
The Friedhelm Neu winery is located at the edge of the Palatinate Forest in the wine-growing village of Leistadt. The non-consolidated, small-parcel vineyards preserve many old vines and offer a special terroir for distinctive wines. The small estate is run by Friedhelm and Heidi Neu, who handle all operations together. Friedhelm Neu is responsible for the work in the vineyards and the cellar, while the barrique wines have been stored in the old vaulted cellar of the residential and wine estate in Kallstadt since 2017.
