About the estate

The organic Feitig-Richter winery is a traditional family business located in a biosphere reserve within one of the warmest regions in Germany. The vineyards are situated in the area of the Upper Rhine Plain, whose diverse geology gives the various grape varieties an individual character. Operating in harmony with nature, the estate has been a member of the Bioland association since 1989. Winemaking requires a significant amount of manual labor through the combination of tradition and modernity. White wines mature on the fine lees, while red wines are aged in wooden barrels.
