About the estate

The Christian Faust winery in Eltville am Rhein looks back on a history that began in the 1970s, when the operation was gradually developed into a family-run wine estate. Today, Christian Faust manages the estate together with his wife Ute, while the next generation is already involved through their daughter Theresa. Across about ten hectares of vineyards distributed over six sites and four towns, the winery cultivates grape varieties such as Riesling, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Blanc, alongside other varieties. In addition to traditional vinification, the estate also experiments with off-dry styles and aging in French oak barrels. The portfolio is further complemented by produced sparkling wines.
