About the estate
The Dörrschuck winery cultivates approximately 15 percent red wine and 85 percent white wine. The vineyards are situated on lime-rich loess soils as well as on the mineral-rich Rotliegendes formation with good heat retention. These soils yield grapes for harmonious wines with moderate acidity alongside distinctive white wines. Before release, all wines undergo sensory and analytical testing.
