The Christoph Clüsserath estate is based in Trittenheim on the Moselle and operates as a family-run business. In the steep vineyards surrounding the village, Riesling thrives on distinct blue slate soils dating back to the Devonian period. The winemaker combines centuries of family tradition with modern, quality-oriented and sustainable viticulture. The core of the work focuses on the careful handling of the vines and gentle vinification in the cellar. The resulting Rieslings are characterised by elegance, mineral freshness and exceptional finesse.
