The family-run estate Weingut Botzet-Reef is located in the municipality of Osann-Monzel in the heart of the Middle Moselle region. The winery is managed by Martin Botzet, who took over the business in the early nineteen nineties. White and red wines are cultivated across approximately 4.2 hectares of vineyards, sourced from sites including the slate steep slopes of Osann-Monzel, Lieser, Kesten, and the well-known Piesporter Goldtröpfchen. Riesling accounts for the majority of the productive area at roughly 65 percent, with the remaining share distributed among Müller-Thurgau, Dornfelder, and Kerner vines. In addition to viticulture, the family business also manages numerous fruit trees and offers guest rooms and a holiday apartment.
