The Weingut Bender is a family estate located in Eschbach, farmed biodynamically according to the strict criteria of the Demeter association. All vineyards are situated in the immediate vicinity of the winery, with the most distant parcel located about two and a half kilometers away. The portfolio exclusively comprises grape varieties that are traditionally native or well-suited to the region, while international trending varieties are avoided. The vinification is carried out without manipulation to preserve the individual character and nature of the product. This approach yields expressive, honest, and distinctive wines.
