The Weingut Bauer is a family-run estate located in Mülheim on the Moselle, with a winegrowing history dating back to 1706. Today, Jörg and Thomas Bauer cultivate around ten hectares of vineyards on steep slate slopes, including the renowned Brauneberger Juffer site. The core portfolio focuses on Riesling, which is complemented by other grape varieties such as Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir. In addition to wines, the estate also produces traditionally crafted sparkling wines and spirits.
