About the estate
The Weinbau Loose estate has been run as a family business since 1999 and cultivates five hectares of vineyards. The vineyards are located in the Saxon wine-growing region, which is characterized by a mild microclimate. In the cellar, the winery focuses on the gentle processing of grapes, avoiding unnecessary pumping, and allowing sufficient resting time after fermentation. The portfolio includes dry Meissen wines and cuvées. For bottling, the team uses a mobile facility and relies on screw caps for white and rosé wines as well as natural corks for red wines.
The eno directory lists 12 wines, mostly from Müller-Thurgau and Goldriesling. The estate sells to retail.
