About the estate
The Weinbau Kopf-Forstner estate looks back on a long family tradition that began in 1927 when the great-grandfather purchased the property. In 1978, the family expanded the vineyard area and additionally planted the first sour cherries. Since April 2009, Christian Kopf has managed the winery together with Nicole. Alongside wine, the producers also create juices and cultivate various types of fruit on the farm. They use ripe fruit for their products, and the wines are given the necessary time to achieve their consistency.
