About the estate
The Wein- and Gästehaus Uwe Schwaab estate is a small, family-run winery located in the wine village of Erden on the Moselle. The winemaker cultivates approximately two hectares of vineyards in the Erdener Bußlay and the steep slope site Erdener Treppchen. The vineyards are predominantly planted with Riesling, alongside Müller-Thurgau and Dornfelder. All work in the vineyards and cellar is carried out independently. Sparkling wine is produced using traditional bottle fermentation and is hand-riddled.
