Völker

About the estate

The Völker estate is located in the wine-growing community of Straß and is managed in the fourth generation. The great-grandparents acquired the agricultural business in 1897 before the family shifted its focus to viticulture. Today, the winery cultivates three hectares of vineyards in sites such as Wechselberg, Gautscher, and Gesellgricht. The portfolio includes Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Yellow Muscat, Zweigelt, and Cabernet Sauvignon, among others. The winemaker relies on a natural and ecologically balanced cultivation in harmony with nature.
