About the estate
Surrounded by green nature, the Vinska klet Rouna estate is located not far from the village of Slap in the Vipava Valley. The name of the property first appeared in the cadastre of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy in 1765. Cultivating twelve hectares of vineyards, the winery produces both fresh, young wines with short maceration and a premium line aged in oak barrels. The portfolio features traditional regional grape varieties such as Zelen and Pinela alongside international varieties like Sauvignon and Merlot. Farming is carried out in an environmentally friendly manner, and the range includes both still and sparkling wines.
