About the estate
The Vinos Conrad winery was founded in the year 2000 after Theodoro Conrad acquired the Don Jacinto estate in the Sierra de las Nieves in 1998. In 2012, ownership of the estate was acquired by Olivier Bourgeois. The winery building was constructed using Feng Shui philosophy to transmit the harmony of the terroir into the wines. The focus lies on producing mountain wines in the south of Spain with distinct quality, elegance, and complexity. Every detail is carefully managed from vineyard cultivation through to the maturation process in the cellar.
