The name derives from an imperial lime tree in front of their cellar and Latin terms. The wines are produced from purchased grapes from selected growers in the Morava region in small batches of 300 to 500 bottles across three lines named DEN, VÍKEND, and SVÁTEK. Production focuses on respecting the origin of the grapes and maintaining quality throughout the process.
