The Vinařství Sedmera - 7eRA estate is run by the fourth generation of the family, with winemaking traditions dating back to 1916. The winery cultivates its vineyards in the historic wine village of Bohutice, specifically on the renowned U svatého Michala site. Production relies to eighty percent on estate-grown grapes, cultivated through precise canopy management and late harvest. The white wine portfolio features varieties such as Veltlínské zelené, Muškát moravský, Sauvignon, Müller–Thurgau, Ryzlink rýnský, Ryzlink vlašský, and Rulandské bílé. Red varieties including Svatovavřinecké, Frankovka, André, Cabernet Morávia, Rulandské modré, and Zweigeltrébe complete the range.
