About the estate
The Czech winery Vinařství pod Svatým kopečkem located in Mikulov builds on a family tradition that started in the 1950s and was officially established in 1991. The vineyards are distributed across four sites with diverse soil and climatic conditions, cultivating grape varieties such as Svatovavřinecké, Zweigeltrebe, Pálava, Rulandské šedé, Ryzlink vlašský, and Sauvignon. Viticulture is managed under an integrated production system. In the cellar, the must is processed gently and fermented without the use of cultured yeasts or enzymes to produce typical, characterful varietal wines. The wines are distributed directly to regular clients in the historical cellar as well as through direct deliveries upon order.
The eno directory lists 13 wines, mostly from Blaufränkisch and Svatovavřinecké.

Vína jsou tudíž aromatická s vysokým extraktem a mají příjemnou kyselinu, což se projeví zvláště u růžové frankovky.
