The Vignoble Tinon estate is located in Sainte-Croix-du-Mont and cultivates vineyards on limestone soils situated on slopes. The grape variety spectrum includes Sémillon and Sauvignon gris, among others. The winery produces AOC Bordeaux red wines with the AB mention for organic farming alongside a range of AOC Sainte-Croix-du-Mont sweet white wines. In the vineyard, an environmentally friendly approach is pursued through practices such as permanent grass cover between every other row, complemented by careful management in the cellar.
