The Vignoble EARL Jean-François Roy estate is located in central France in the small village of Lye on the borders of Touraine and Sologne. Building on a family tradition, the owner and winegrower manages a total vineyard surface of 30 hectares. The vineyards are distributed across several communities, comprising 20 hectares in the Valençay appellation and 10 hectares in the Touraine appellation. The winery has recently obtained the level 3 certification as an Operation of High Environmental Value. The management focuses on promoting biodiversity and ensuring the traceability and transparency of agricultural practices.
