About the estate

The family-owned winery Urium Bodegas is located in the historic centre of Jerez de la Frontera and is the result of a painstaking selection of wines from important soleras. The construction and geographical orientation of the building create a special microclimate that ensures optimum conditions for maturation. The estate preserves traditional winemaking methods of the region and houses the full range of very old sherry wines. Every year, an exclusively limited series of these wines is bottled, having received the V.O.R.S. designation for wines that are at least 30 years old.
