About the estate
The Término de Miranda estate cultivates 18 hectares of vineyards in the area around Miranda de Ebro between the Montes Obarenes and the Ebro river. The portfolio of the winery includes grape varieties such as Viura Macabeo, Verdejo, Blanca rojal, and Tempranillo. Harvesting is carried out in local vineyards using boxes holding a maximum of 15 kilograms, followed by cooling and selection on a sorting table in the cellar. The focus of the business is on reviving the traditional winemaking of Chacolí from the north of Burgos by combining historical roots with current techniques.
The eno directory lists 6 wines, mostly from Verdejo.
