About the estate

The Tenute di Badia estate is located in the Italian region of Tuscany and is set within a historical landscape shaped by the ancient Via Francigena pilgrimage route. The origins of the property trace back to the tenth century when a small monastery was established at the site. In 1980, family head Argante Romani acquired two hundred hectares of land in the Lucca countryside. The vineyards of the estate are situated within the Montecarlo DOC and Toscana IGT appellations.

The eno directory lists one wine.
