About the estate
The Sidra Zapatero enterprise traces its origins back to the mid-20th century when the predecessor was founded as Guzmán, before Manolo Zapatero took over the establishment in 1967 and renamed it. Following his passing in 2001, his daughters took charge of the winery alongside a trusted associate. Production relies exclusively on apples of 100% Asturian origin sourced from various eastern municipalities. The estate has a capacity of 300,000 liters and produces a single style of traditional Asturian natural cider.
The eno directory lists one wine. The estate sells to horeca.
