The Seminarshof winery is located in the Moselle wine village of Trittenheim within the former administration building of the Trier seminary. The family-run estate combines overnight accommodation, gastronomy, and winemaking in a warm atmosphere. Birgit Hermes has managed the operation since 1987 and oversees the guesthouse and the wine. Daughter Lisa Hermes works as a master chef and is responsible for the culinary offerings. The portfolio is aimed at guests who appreciate regional dishes and excellent wine.
The eno directory lists 25 wines, mostly from Riesling and Pinot Noir. The estate sells to retail.
