The Rodinné vinařství Jedlička is a family-run winery located in Bořetice within the Modré Hory wine region of southern Moravia. Red wines are a specialty of the winery, crafted as full-bodied and structured styles using traditional methods with extended maceration, alongside white wines produced via controlled fermentation. The portfolio comprises around forty items of vintage wines, including straw wines and the flagship cuvée Kácary. The estate's wines regularly receive recognition at prestigious domestic and international exhibitions and are featured in the National Wine Salon of the Czech Republic.
