The Recas winery cultivates a wine region endowed by nature with an exceptional terroir, producing aromatic white wines and elegant red wines. Special sites such as Uberland, Dealul Țiganului, and La Stejari are characterized by soils containing iron oxides and surface limestone rocks, which provide optimal conditions for grape ripening. Winemakers Hartley Smithers and Nora Iriarte oversee wine production and have received international recognition. The company is the largest exporter of bottled wine in Romania and stands as a leading player in the Romanian wine market.
