About the estate
The Pivnita Savu estate is a family winery located in Ciumbrud in Transylvania, where the family has lived for over a hundred years. Following the recovery of the vineyard plots after the revolution, the grandfather revived viticulture with new methods and technologies. Every grape is harvested and processed manually down to the finest detail. The winery produces artisanal wines that faithfully present the identity of the terroir while focusing on environmental conservation and customer satisfaction.
