Pasetti Vini DOC

About the estate

The Pasetti Vini DOC estate looks back on a long viticultural tradition dating back to the Bourbon period. After the phylloxera devastation, the family initially resumed operations as grape producers and traders before transitioning to winemaking in the 1950s. Production was subsequently relocated to mountainous areas within the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park, where distinctive vineyards cultivate the grapes for the Pasetti and Testarossa wine brands. Today, the winery is managed by Mimmo alongside his three children, who divide their responsibilities across administration, international export, and enology.
