The OPG Šuran Petar Rino estate located in Rovinj started its transition from family consumption to large-scale production of wine and olive oil in the 1990s. Today, farming is conducted following biodynamic methods without the use of pesticides or chemical agents, utilizing mini Ouessant sheep for weed management. The portfolio includes wines such as Malvasia, Muscatel, Merlot, Shiraz, and Montepulciano, alongside several olive oil varieties. Operations focus on maintaining a balanced ecosystem, and the products hold Demeter certification.
