About the estate
The One 24K enterprise was founded in 2000 with the intention of producing sparkling wine using the traditional method. The estate is located in El Rebollar within the winemaking region of Requena in Spain. Both indigenous and foreign grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Macabeo, Xarel.lo, and Peralada are utilized for production. The facilities feature an underground cellar for the multi-year aging of the wines. The winery combines traditional craftsmanship with modern technologies.
The eno directory lists 10 wines, mostly from Macabeo and Xarel·lo. The estate sells to importers.
