About the estate
The British winery Nyetimber Wines and Spirits Group is situated in the rural heart of the South of England. The estate was the first producer to plant the renowned sparkling wine varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier in England exclusively for the production of sparkling wine. The production relies entirely on estate-grown fruit crafted using the traditional method of sparkling wine production. Winemaking is led by Head Winemaker Cherie Spriggs, with Eric Heerema serving as owner and CEO. The portfolio includes various sparkling wines such as classic blends, rosé expressions, longer lees-aged wines, and the prestige cuvée 1086.
