About the estate
The Melchior Leber winery is managed by winemaker Johannes Leber in Bodenheim in the Rheinhessen region. The estate cultivates eight hectares of vineyards across the wine-growing communities of Bodenheim and Nackenheim comprising twenty parcels. Various locations such as the Mönchspfad or the Nackenheimer Engelsberg yield white wines and red wines as well as sparkling wine and grape juice. The portfolio includes Riesling, Silvaner, Kerner, Pinot varieties, and Müller-Thurgau, among others. Since 2003, the estate has operated according to organic farming guidelines.
