About the estate
The Logo Ossian winery was founded in 2013 by the Ruiz Aragoneses family and focuses on the production of exceptional white wines. At the core of the estate are pre-phylloxera Verdejo vines, some reaching up to 200 years of age, forming a truly unique natural heritage. A dedicated team manages both the vineyards and the cellar with the objective to authentically express the character of the distinctive terroir. Emphasis is placed on respecting the raw materials and implementing parcel-specific vinification methods. The resulting white wines are crafted for aging and for preserving the genuine expression of the grape variety.
