Spanning two plots with steep slopes and chalky soils, the vineyard cultivates grape varieties such as Pinot Meunier and Melon de Bourgogne in a cool climate. The young winery focuses on producing both sparkling and still wine, with initial commercial harvests and market releases planned for the coming years. Cultivation takes place in a secluded natural environment.
