The Lagar de Somarroza estate in Renedo is a family project rooted in 1998 and led by Jesús Gómez Solórzano. The production combines traditional methods with the creation of innovative styles, while the estate's own plantation is managed according to organic and self-sustaining principles. Today, the portfolio includes eleven different cider varieties that regularly receive awards at international competitions. Distribution targets the broader market while placing the Cantabria region on the map for quality cider production.
