About the estate
The Hofwynegg winery is located in Malans and cultivates a vineyard area of two hectares. The estate has been inhabited and farmed by the family for almost thirty years. Farming is carried out according to the guidelines of Bio Suisse as a certified organic bud operation with a strong focus on manual labor. Chemical-synthetic sprays and artificial fertilizers are avoided, and biodiversity is promoted through permanent cover crops. The vineyards are historically situated near the Wynegg ruins in the Swiss wine-growing region.
