About the estate

The Heindl Manfred winery in Strass im Strassertale in the Kamptal region is managed in the fourth generation and cultivates a vineyard area of approximately one hectare. The grandparents already operated a traditional wine tavern and direct sales on a small scale before the business moved to its current location in 1982. Grape varieties such as Welschriesling, Gruner Veltliner, Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, Blauburger, and Uhudler are cultivated on the estate and pressed in the own cellar located at the Zeinerberg. In addition to winemaking, the property offers a traditional tavern featuring homemade dishes and freshly baked bread.
