About the estate
The GS-Vinum estate has been dedicated to reviving the old winemaking tradition in Saarbrücken since 2015. A local family initiated the project and planted the young Cabernet Blanc grape variety on the slopes of the state capital. For cultivation and harvesting, the project works closely with the experienced winemaker Ralf Steffen from the Steffenhof winery in Trittenheim. Each vintage produces its own unique story and is marketed as a small specialty. The wines are created through the collaboration of local professionals and amateurs.
