The Gala Vinařství estate was founded in 2007 and is located in Bavory within the Mikulovská region in the Czech Republic. The winery operates in harmony with nature in the protected area of the Pálava hills, where limestone soils originating from ancient marine deposits shape the character of the wines. Sustainability, ecological care, and viewing the soil as a living organism form the foundation of their work in both the vineyard and the cellar. In addition to viticulture, the estate keeps animals such as horses, sheep, and cows to maintain the natural balance of the cultural landscape.
