About the estate

The Bioweingut Ettl estate based in Podersdorf am See in Burgenland was founded in 1987 and evolved from a traditional mixed farm into a dedicated wine producer. Today, the winery is run in the next generation by Michael and Christian, while Paul and Christa continue to support from the background. The vineyards have been farmed under strictly certified organic management since 2006 in harmony with nature. From pruning to harvest, manual labor is emphasized to produce wines with origin and character. In addition to direct sales at the estate, the wines are distributed through selected partners domestically and internationally.

The eno directory lists 24 wines, mostly from Grüner Veltliner and Gelber Muskateller. The estate sells to retail. Export markets include Switzerland and Netherlands.
