About the estate
The Domaine La Gemière estate looks back on a long family tradition rooted in viticulture and agriculture across multiple generations. In 1981, Daniel and Josette Millet established the winery by building a cellar on a plot named La Gemière, starting out with eight hectares of vineyards. Since the year 2000, their sons Sébastien and Nicolas have joined the family business, dividing their responsibilities between the cellar and the vineyards. Today, they manage eighteen hectares of vines within the AOC Sancerre appellation, continually modernizing the estate while maintaining a deep respect for the local terroir.
