About the estate
The Domaine Haut Courchamp estate is situated on a hilltop in Saint-Christol deep within the Languedoc vineyards. On Villafranchian terraces covered with rolled pebbles, the family farms a few hectares of vines using traditional methods. The wines are vinified in an ancestral manner with a strong respect for the surrounding natural environment. Additionally, the estate keeps dairy sheep whose natural grazing during the winter helps maintain the vineyard's vegetation cover. The resulting wines reflect the distinctive characteristics of this historical terroir.
