About the estate
Founded in 1980 by Jean-Michel Guillon with two hectares, the Domaine Guillon estate in Burgundy now spans nearly 16 hectares of vineyards. Since 2001, his son Alexis has joined the family business, maintaining a strong commitment to the terroir and winemaking traditions. The portfolio features expressive and elegant wines from denominations such as Gevrey Chambertin and Clos de Vougeot, reflecting the characteristics of the Côte de Nuits. Every wine is aged entirely in new oak barrels to achieve optimal precision and quality.
