About the estate
The Domaine Gérard Millet estate follows a low-intervention approach both in the vineyard and in the cellar. The transition to organic farming led to official certification in 2024. Alongside regenerative agricultural methods, the estate employs biodynamic practices and alternative techniques for soil management and plant health. Each plot is vinified separately to preserve the character of the terroir. Finally, the wines are bottled by gravity.
