The Domaine du Bourg D'Oiseau estate is located in Chaulgnes near Nevers in the Nièvre department, producing natural, organic, and biodynamic wines. Since its foundation in 2007, the winery has combined the heritage of the French terroir with modern methods of biodynamic viticulture. On the clay and limestone soils of the Côtes-de-la-Charité, the domain creates wines with a unique identity.
