About the estate
The Domaine des Forêts estate is located in Marcy sur Anse in the southeastern part of the Beaujolais region and is run by Nathalie and Christian Vermorel. The estate's wines have been vinified in its own cellar since 1977. The vineyard area covers a total of 25 hectares, consisting of 15 hectares of Beaujolais, seven hectares of Beaujolais Villages, and 1.5 hectares of Beaujolais Blanc. An additional four hectares of Chardonnay were replanted in 2009.
