About the estate
The family-owned Domaine de Wagram estate is located in Nueil-sur-Layon within the Anjou region and was founded in 1953 by Francis and Marie Bressin. In the 1980s, the next generation consisting of Roger and Marie-Josèphe Bressin took over the operations, which have been continued since the end of 1995. The estate owes its name to a historical battle from July 1809, which involved a Napoleonic soldier originating from the commune. In August 2020, the farm received the HVE certification for environmentally friendly agricultural practices, which was most recently renewed in July 2025.
