About the estate
The Domaine de la Fabrice estate is managed by the Gasnier family. The vineyards are planted on diverse soils including granitic stones, clay-limestone formations, and a tuffeau subsoil. The winery works according to the principles of organic agriculture and biodynamics. The aim is to strengthen plant vitality and optimally express the characteristics of each vintage and the local terroir in the wines.
