The property encompasses sixty hectares of organically farmed vineyards situated in the Menetou-Salon and Sancerre appellations. The vineyards are planted predominantly with Sauvignon Blanc alongside Pinot Noir. In the cellar, the winery combines traditional methods such as massal selection and maturation in wooden casks with modern technology. The wines are distributed through a traditional network to wine merchants, restaurants, and private customers.
